We offer several options for payment of your bill:

• Online: You may make a one-time payment, sign up to receive your invoices via email and set up recurring automatic payments by clicking here https://einvoice.ipayxepay.net/mdc/index.jsp Please allow 3 business days for your online payment to be processed and posted to your account. 

• Mail: You may mail a check to the address listed on your invoice. Please allow 5-7 business days for your payment to be processed and posted to your account.

• Phone: You may call our office at (815) 568-7274 and make a payment by phone during regular business hours. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We can also initiate an electronic check to your checking account.

• Visit: Payments by cash, or check are also accepted at our office during office hours.

Accounts with unpaid balances may be subject to suspension of service and restart fees.
